The Andijan State Technical Institute systematically enhances the professional capacity of its academic staff through structured international advanced training and overseas education programs, implemented in cooperation with leading foreign universities and organizations.

The Institute ensures continuous academic mobility and professional development through internships, training programs, and active participation in international academic and scientific platforms.

Annually:
– more than 150 academic staff members undertake international internships abroad;
– over 80 faculty members successfully complete advanced professional development programs, strengthening their professional competencies;
– more than 50 academic staff, employees, doctoral candidates, master’s students and students actively participate in international conferences, forums, and symposia.

These activities are carried out in partnership with institutions in Spain, Portugal, Latvia, Lithuania, South Korea, Germany, China, Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Slovakia, Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries.

International training and academic engagement are aimed at strengthening teaching and research competencies in line with global standards, integrating best international practices into the educational process, and expanding sustainable academic cooperation.

The outcomes directly contribute to curriculum modernization, research development, and the Institute’s growing international recognition.
